Miley is operated by Kudos Technology, LLC. Miley provides a real-estate messaging inbox, AI assistance, routing, quality review, and compliance tooling for agents and brokerages. This policy explains how Kudos Technology, LLC handles information when customers, agents, brokers, leads, and consumers use Miley.

Who We Are

Miley is a software product operated by Kudos Technology, LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “Miley,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kudos Technology, LLC and the Miley service.

Information We Collect

  • Account information, such as name, email address, role, brokerage or team details, authentication identifiers, and support communications.
  • Lead and conversation information, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, message content, message metadata, lead source, consent status, opt-out status, notes, and conversation history.
  • Connected channel information from providers such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twilio, Telegram, or similar messaging services, including account IDs, page IDs, phone number IDs, sender identifiers, webhook payloads, message delivery statuses, and access tokens or token references.
  • Product usage and security information, such as log data, device and browser information, IP address, audit events, QA review activity, error reports, and feature usage.
  • AI workflow information, such as prompt context, generated draft replies, review decisions, edits, and model output used to help agents respond to leads.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve Miley and related services offered by Kudos Technology, LLC.
  • Route inbound messages to the correct agent, brokerage, dashboard, or conversation.
  • Send replies and approved business-initiated messages through connected channels at the direction of the agent or brokerage.
  • Track consent, opt-outs, message windows, QA review, audit logs, and compliance state.
  • Generate AI-assisted drafts, summaries, scripts, lead intelligence, and quality-review workflows.
  • Detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with legal, provider, and platform requirements.

Messaging Channels and Providers

When customers connect messaging channels, Miley processes information through the relevant provider. For WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram, the visible sender is generally the connected business, page, phone number, or professional account, not Miley. Provider use is also governed by the applicable provider terms and policies.

AI and Human Review

Miley may use AI providers to draft replies, summarize conversations, classify leads, and assist with quality review. AI output is intended to assist agents and reviewers. Customers remain responsible for reviewing messages, following fair housing laws, honoring consent and opt-out requests, and ensuring communications are accurate and lawful.

How We Share Information

  • With service providers that host, secure, analyze, authenticate, store, or process Miley data.
  • With messaging providers, such as Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twilio, and similar services, as needed to send, receive, route, and track messages.
  • With AI providers when needed to provide AI-assisted features.
  • With the relevant customer, agent, brokerage, administrator, or QA reviewer inside Miley.
  • When required by law, legal process, provider policy, security needs, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity.

Consent, Opt-Outs, and Communication Rules

Customers are responsible for obtaining and documenting legally required consent before messaging leads and consumers. Miley provides tooling to help track consent, STOP/HELP-style requests where supported, WhatsApp opt-outs, message windows, templates, and review status. If multiple laws, regulations, consent rules, or provider policies apply, the customer must satisfy all applicable requirements, including any stricter rule for the relevant channel, recipient, sender, use case, or jurisdiction. If a person asks not to be contacted, that request must be honored promptly.

SMS and Mobile Consent Data

Kudos Technology, LLC and Miley do not sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, or text messaging consent data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers and messaging providers as needed to operate Miley, deliver requested messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, comply with law, prevent abuse, or support security and auditing.

Human Support and Escalation

When Miley uses automation or AI-assisted messaging, people may request human help by replying in the conversation, contacting the agent or brokerage directly, or emailing Miley at mileyappdev@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for monitoring conversations and providing timely human escalation where required by law or messaging-provider policy.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Miley, comply with legal and provider requirements, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type, customer configuration, channel provider, and legal obligation.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should use strong access controls, limit user permissions, and avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for real-estate lead follow-up.

Your Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and relationship to Miley, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required for legal, security, audit, or provider compliance reasons.

Children

Miley is not directed to children and is intended for business use by real-estate professionals and their teams.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
