Miley is operated by Kudos Technology, LLC. This page explains how people and businesses can request deletion of personal information or Meta-connected messaging data processed by Miley.
Who We Are
Miley is a software product operated by Kudos Technology, LLC. In these instructions, “Miley,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kudos Technology, LLC and the Miley service.
What This Page Is For
Meta asks apps to provide data deletion information, either as deletion instructions or as a deletion callback URL depending on the app configuration. This page is the public deletion instructions URL for Miley, operated by Kudos Technology, LLC, for data obtained through Meta products such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
How to Request Deletion
- Email mileyappdev@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your Miley account or conversation.
- If the request relates to WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, include the connected business, page, Instagram account, WhatsApp phone number, or other details that help us locate the data.
- If you are an agent or brokerage admin, include your Miley account email and the customer/team name.
Remove Miley from Meta Settings
- Open Facebook or Meta account settings.
- Go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites, Business Integrations, or the equivalent Meta connected-apps area available for your account.
- Find Miley and choose Remove or Disconnect.
- Removing Miley from Meta settings revokes future access to that Meta connection. It does not automatically delete historical Miley records, so email mileyappdev@gmail.com if you also want deletion of data Miley stores.
What We Delete
- Account profile information where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
- Connected channel records, such as page IDs, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, and token references, when the connection is removed.
- Lead and conversation data associated with the verified request, subject to customer instructions and legal, security, audit, and provider-retention requirements.
- AI draft, QA, and routing records associated with deleted conversations where deletion is permitted.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, provider audits, dispute resolution, billing, enforcement of agreements, or backup integrity. We may also retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies a person.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 10 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days unless a longer period is needed because of legal, security, provider, or technical requirements.
Disconnecting Meta Channels
A customer admin may also disconnect WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram from Miley. Disconnecting stops Miley from processing new messages for that connected asset after the disconnection is complete, but it does not automatically delete all historical records unless deletion is also requested.
