- If you don't like a product, you can get a full refund or replacement product
- Your refund will be issued for your full purchase price listed on your receipt
- You only pay return shipping--we take care of the rest
- If you return a product, please tell us what you did not like about it, or what we could do to improve this
product (feedback helps us improve)
How to refund your product (for online
purchases):
- Email us with using our contact form on this webite
- Include a brief description of what you need to return
- Include your receipt number (if available) in the email you send
- We will communicate with you by email to arrange the physical return
- You can then return your product to this department:

If you misplaced your receipt, we can still confirm your purchase by looking your account up in our records.
Returning items purchased
from your local store
We do sell our products through select clinics and specialty retail stores.
If you purchased a product from your local store, you will need to make the return with that
store.
We do offer a full 365 day refund through our stores, however, we do not process those returns
directly. Contact us if you have any questions about
