Acupuncture Boosts Fertility, in Minnesota and around the globe–that’s what recent scientific studies declare.

Now Minnesotans have the opportunity to find an acupuncture infertility expert right at home– contact John Miley L.Ac.  at Acupuncture & Natural Health to learn more about the work this noted fertility expert has been doing to help couples in Minnesota (and out-of-state) use acupuncture to boost fertility, get pregnant, and deliver healthy babies.

With fertility issues becoming an increasingly real problem for many Minnesotan couples, these very couples are now  beginning to look toward Chinese medicine and acupuncture to treat infertility.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)  infertility often appears to be the main issue couples are struggling to overcome, but fertility issues are actually a manifestation of  deeper  health imbalances that often go unnoticed by Western Medicine.

According to a popularly supported research project done at the Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York acupuncture helps fertility by:

• Regulating hormonal levels and support healthy ovulation
• Improving the quality of, and timely release of, healthy eggs
• Improving uterine circulation to encourage implantation of a fertilized egg
• Regulating the menstrual cycle
•Promoting reduced stress, anxiety and increased levels of relaxation
And, many other prominent studies are concluding the exact same thing.

If you want to know whether acupuncture can help boost your fertility, you really don’t need to look beyond the results the Asian populations have experienced, using this ancient modality of acupuncture to treat infertility for centuries of safe, effective use.

So, if you are in Minnesota and want to boost fertility using acupuncture, to overcome your infertility issues, be sure to contact Acupuncture & Natural Health to learn more about your options and how you can design a plan to boost your fertility.

John Miley, L.Ac. is a leading  acupuncture infertility expert located in Minnesota, operating Acupuncture & Natural Health,  a natural health clinic specializing in infertility and women’s health concerns.

John Miley’s reputation for helping couples successfully overcome infertility, using acupuncture and alternative therapies, has been clearly proven with a highly successful track-record (over 70% positive outcome) since 1999.

Dozens of couples return to Acupuncture & Natural Health’s clinic each year to introduce us to their newborn babies, and credit their work here as crucial to their successful conception and healthy pregnancies.

As an alternative approach to conventional Western treatments, acupuncture can be an effective stand-alone approach to resolving fertility issues, and as research is proving, using acupuncture for infertility has been something Asian cultures have relied upon, successfully, for centuries.

For couples interested in combining acupuncture infertility treatments with western treatments (such as IVF, IUI and similar interventions),  we can work with you to optimize your body’s ability to conceive, while working to co-ordinate your efforts with those being carried out by your medical doctor or primary care provider.

Acupuncture works to support your natural ability to conceive, removing barriers to conception (whether physical, dietary, emotional or even all of the above!) while encouraging your body’s optimal functioning in ways that support your body, and help you get pregnant.

Typically, your initial visit includes a complete health assessment in order to learn more about what you have tried in the past (to conceive), and where you are presently in your journey toward pregnancy.

Every person has a different story, and each treatment is designed to meet your specific needs. Once your core imbalances have been identified, your initial visit will also include a complete acupuncture treatment.

Follow-up appointments may take place once or twice per week, and are recommended for at least 8 weeks, but preferably  a minimum of 90 days. It takes your body about 90 days to show the full effects of acupuncture treatments, and it is generally recognized that your hormonal levels take about three months to show signs of improvement.

And if you are looking to read more about success stories with acupuncture and infertility, you can find some interesting case studies on our site, as well.

Whatever you decide to do along your path to conception, you would be wise to investigate the many documented ways in which acupuncture can increase your fertility, nearly double your chances of conceiving with IVF (see study results) and is invaluable in its ability to help you relax your mind, body and spirit.

When your mind and body are relaxed and co-ordinated, your body instantly becomes more optimized for conception. So don’t wait for things to “happen on their own”–because sometimes you don’t need to do more, you need someone to help your body do less (less stress, less worry, less frustration!) and acupuncture for infertility can help you do just that.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our office (see contact information)–we also create special programs to optimize fertility for couples who live far away from us, or out-of-state. Be sure to ask about those options if you want to do and “at-home” fertility program, with us as your coaching support!

May your answers to your infertility questions be answered soon.

Since 1999, I’ve specialized in acupuncture for infertility and women’s issues, through my acupuncture and natural health clinic.

Approximately 95% of my clients are women, and my choice to specialize in reproductive health and acupuncture for infertility is largely responsible for the demographics of my patients.

Over the years, my clinic has become know throughout Central Minnesota as the first-choice for couples with infertility issues–and for people looking for alternative fertility treatment options, and for support with their chosen therapies offered by conventional medicine (such as IVF and similar procedures).

My approach to infertility with acupuncture and herbs is both holistic and results-driven. I want you to conceive and realize your dream of birthing a child. To that end, my treatments are designed to address your whole-body health, including your mental-emotional-physical health.

Many women who are finding it difficult to conceive begin to blame themselves for this issue, and subsequently get caught up in a virtually endless spiral of anxiety, disappointment, depression, frustration and hopelessness. Each month, this cycle begins over again, with the onset of their menstrual periods, and things just get more and more bleak.

It doesn’t have to be that way!

If you live near me, give me a call (see my contact information) at my clinic and we can discuss some ideas about potential approaches to resolving your personal fertility struggles. There’s no cost to call me, and nothing I am “pitching” so feel free to contact me.

And if you live further away from me, you can contact me and ask about my fertility optimizing program, which can be done from a distance. I’ll give you more details when we talk, so again, just contact me via my clinic.

I know that your struggles with infertility seem hopeless at times, but I want you to know that unless you are sterile, there is no reason you can’t conceive–however, there may be plenty of reasons why you aren’t conceiving. The trick is knowing how to indentify the obstacles to your conception, removing them, and then balancing your system to optimize your chances of conception.

This works over 70% of the time–so why not look into it for yourself?

Does acupuncture really work for infertility?

For nearly 10 years, I’ve helped couples conceive using acupuncture and traditional herbal remedies at my natural health clinic (Acupuncture & Natural Health).

As a Licensed Acupuncturist, my training allows me to discover hidden health imbalances that may be preventing you from conceiving, without you even knowing it! Once we identify those imbalances, we can correct them using a holistic approach to your health, balancing your entire reproductive system.

My acupuncture practice is in St. Cloud, Minnesota (MN), and I see patients by appointment only. For infertility patients, I like to complete a thorough work-up of your entire health picture, finding out what you’ve tried to this point to get pregnant, learn why you are having trouble getting pregnant, and then we can discuss a plan to optimize your fertility.

For more information, see my case studies on infertility here.

Not all acupuncturist specialize in infertility, so it is worth your time to ask about your practitioner’s background, making sure that s/he is Licensed by your State Board of Medical practice, and s/he should have the initials “L.Ac.” somewhere in their list of credentials–as this denotes a “Licensed Acupuncturist”, and assures you this person has met National standards of competency.

Acupuncture has delivered great results to my patients using it for infertility issues. In fact, my success rate continues to remain 70%+  for the dozens and dozens of couples I have helped get pregnant using alternative therapies and holistic health approaches.

Keep looking at all your options, if you are having difficulty conceiving. Acupuncture may very well provide you with the success you need to naturally conceive your child!
